Voice input is transcribed by Apple's Speech Recognition framework. When your device is online, transcription may use Apple's servers; when offline, it runs entirely on-device. Localmee itself does not store your audio or send it to any other third party. The AI conversation itself always runs locally on your device.

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Localmee and tap "Cancel." Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.
Open the subscription screen and tap "Restore Purchases." If the issue persists, contact us.
Check your internet connection and free storage space. Try deleting the model and re-downloading from Settings > Models. Restarting the app can also help.
